A Note about the Waiting List:
These packages generally sell very quickly once they are added to the site - sometimes within a couple of hours after listing. If they are currently out of stock the fastest way to be alerted when we have more is to add yourself to the waiting list and you will be notified by email when more are added to the inventory. If you received an email saying they are back in stock, but then when you click on the link and get to this listing it says there are none available it is most likely that they have already sold out! There is no need to add yourself to the waiting list again, your email address will stay on the list unless you elect to remove it.
These are packages of newborn diapers which have been previously rented and are IN NEED OF REPAIR! Please be sure you read the full details below before purchasing... this is a final sale item so there will be no returns accepted.
Generally speaking, the shells themselves are considered to be in "Well Loved" condition... meaning they have typically been rented 2 or more times and are deemed to no longer be in acceptable condition for rental, even if they did not need repair. Once repaired they will be fully functional, but will still have signs of wear and tear which may include varying degrees of pilling, staining, discoloration, etc. In other words, they'll work, but may just be a bit rough around the edges! Sometimes there will be shells that are still really in good condition, aside from the needed repairs... but they are not separated out from the pack, so if you get one of those in your package you can consider it a bonus!
bumGenius Newborn AIO's
: These will need the hook & loop and/or the elastic in the legs/waist replaced. The repair that is needed for the hook & loop may just be the strip of 'loop' that goes across the front of the diaper. (Please view the pictures at the top of the listing) There are also some that will need the closure and/or laundry tabs replaced either because they're coming off or they're so worn that they're no longer 'sticky'. To fix them you may want to replace these pieces with new hook & loop - bumGenius 'refresher' kits can be purchased direct from the manufacturer for just $1
and include the hook & loop pieces (except the front strip) and the leg elastics. You may also want to consider converting the closures to snaps. The seam on some diapers is coming loose at the top edge, just above the loop strip... but those just need a quick stitch back together.
Kissaluvs Newborn AIO's: These diapers each have a snap that has torn out (or is in the process of doing so) from the closure tab. (Please view the picture) The hole left behind is too large to just stick a new snap in, so a patch of fabric will need to be applied to the hole before a new snap can be added.
So, if you're a crafty mama (or papa!) these are a steal at what amounts to $3 per diaper... and once they've been repaired they will still have a good amount of life left in them!
